How many days do you need to do samples? How do you charge your sampling fee?
A: Our sampling time and charge are calculated case by case based on the quantity and styles of samples to make and fabrics are sourced in the market or dyed and printed especially for this project. In general our sampling cost is reasonable and we are efficient in making samples.
Where are your products made?
A: WAL’s products are made in China or Cambodia. For those markets which enjoy tax benefit from Cambodia, we encourage our clients to accept “Made in Cambodia”. No matter which country provides C/O, WAL is responsible for whole supply chain management from raw materials to ready-to-wear products.
Which sea port(s) do you ship your goods out?
A: For “made in China”, we mostly ship from Shanghai, the biggest port in China. While for “Made in Cambodia”, the good will be shipped out of Sihanoukville port.
What’re your normal payment terms?
A: Our normal payment terms include T/T and L/C sight.
Can I visit your office or factory?
A: We welcome our new clients to visit our headquarters and sampling center in Shanghai, Sales office in Hamburg and factory in Cambodia, thus you can know us more.
